Features:

K-0272 (high temperature resistant/high strength thread locking sealant) is a one-component, thixotropic, high viscosity, ultra-high strength, high temperature resistance, and excellent chemical resistance anaerobic thread locking sealant. This product cures between two closely matched metal surfaces and is isolated from the air.

Applications:

Avoid loosening and leakage of threaded fasteners. Used for permanent locking and sealing of threaded fasteners below M36 to prevent thread corrosion.

Typical application: suitable for permanent locking of cylinder head stud bolts, especially suitable for bolt locking and sealing under high temperature conditions.

Instructions for use:

① The coated surface should be cleaned, dry and free of grease.

② Apply enough glue to the bolts to fill all the meshing threads. This product works better with a thin glue layer below 0.05 mm.

③ For oversized threads, a large gap will affect the curing speed and strength of the product. This product will reduce the friction (torque tension ratio) generated by assembly. In applications where the thread needs to be tightened to a critical value, this ratio needs to be determined in advance.

Precautions for use:

This product should not be used on plastic parts; in order to avoid contamination of the original glue, please do not pour the poured glue back into the original packaging.

Safety Precautions:

This product contains methacrylate, which is irritating to the skin and eyes. If it comes in contact with the skin, it should be rinsed immediately with water; if it touches the eyes, it should be rinsed with water immediately and go to the hospital for treatment.

Packing: K-0272 is packed in 50ml and 250ml plastic bottles.
