HOW TO MAKE IT? Step 1: rice soaking in water for 7-10 hours Step 2: steaming rice for half hour or so Step 3: put rice on wide plate(wood board) for cooling down to 28-30 degree Celsius Step 4:crush yeast to powder,stir it in rice evenly, then put it in one pot or bucket, press it lightly using hand, and make a hole inside the mixed rice (pay attention to the ratio as per the rice weight) Step 5: put cover on the pot or bucket, and pack it with thick cotton pads, keep temperature 28-30 degree Celsius during fermenting the rice , place it for 48 hours, then the sweat wine is done, and taste it! You can eat it directly, or add some water and put them in pot to heat to drink. Note: based on the steps you can make rice wine, in step 5 add more water(about 200g water for 1KG rice), after putting 36 hours, and steaming it in pot above stove, then load it in bottle to drink
