Install step-by-step

1. Connect U. v. W to three-phase 380V live wire

2. N is connected to the neutral wire. The diameter of the home wire cannot be lower than the live wire, and it is better to be one size larger than the live wire, and it must be connected firmly.

3. The neutral line plays the role of three-phase balance. According to the three-phase four-wire loss calculation rule, no circuit breaker, switch or cable system can be connected between the neutral line from the mains to the N node of the electronic transformer.

4, No-load inspection (without connecting the servo drive): After connecting U, vw N, turn on the power, use a multimeter to measure the normal voltage between L2 and L3, which is 190±10V. If the voltage at these two points is abnormal, it cannot be connected to the servo. Device.

5. Turn off the power and connect to the servo drive. The electronic transformer L\L21L3 is correspondingly connected to the servo drive L1\L2\L3. This is very important. It must not be connected incorrectly, otherwise the server will not work normally; (The single power of Yaskawa server is greater than 3KW (including 3KW), please connect according to figure 2; Mitsubishi MR-E, Hollysys, DK series please connect according to figure 3)

6. It is strictly forbidden to connect anywhere except the power supply of the servo drive between L\2/L3, otherwise it will cause the deviation of the working point and damage the electronic transformer.

7, the place where the single-phase AC220 power on the equipment is used, such as 220V cable system, 220V cooling fan... etc., can use a live wire and a neutral wire in front of the electronic transformer to take power, (it is best to use one (Single-phase 380V to 220V transformer power supply)

8. If the equipment has a three-phase asynchronous 220V motor, and the electronic transformer cannot supply power to it, it is recommended to use a three-phase asynchronous 380 motor.

9. Repeatedly check the above wiring, and turn it on after confirming that it is correct. The servo drive shows that it is ready to work, which means that everything can work normally.

Figure (1) General wiring mode:

1. The output L1-L1, L2-L2, and L3-L3 must correspond strictly.

2. If the single power of Yaskawa server is greater than 3KW (including 3KW), please connect as shown in Figure (2).

3. If the Mitsubishi servo MR-E series, Hollysys, DDK and other drives have no control power supply, please connect as shown in Figure (3).
