This series of dc electric push rod motor is widely used in electric nursing bed, operation bed, traction bed, massage chair, dental chair, electric wheelchairs, electric, electric sofa booth and so on .

Notice                                                                                                                                                     

1.If you choose DC 12V,please input 12V  voltage or lower,the  voltage can't be overloaded,or the motor can be burnt.When the voltage is lower,the speed also reduces,together with the rated thrust.

For example,if you choose DC24V ,but input voltage is DC 12V,the speed is half of input voltage of 24V, so is the rated thrust .

2.The speed of any of the two motors will not be completely the same, the speed tolerance of  the DC motor is  ±5%. If you order 2 motors, we will pick  two of similar speed for you , but  we can not make sure the motors' speed are exactly the same.

3.There are two fixed limit switches in the two sides of linear actuator, the motor will stop when arriving at  either sides of the two ends. You'd better not  adjust the stroke for the limit switch inside the motor are  welded up.

Recommendations                                                                                                                                    

1. Choose stroke and install distance: Firstly, confirm the distance that the  electric putter in your devices needs to push and pull; Secondly, make sure that  your device can hold the  reasonable size of the electric draw stem.

2. Confirm the load and speed: by considering the use of electric draw stem and the specific situation, compare of the specifications of the electric putter to choose appropriate putter.

3. Determine the voltage or select controller: select the specific work voltage of electric putter, now we can choose 12V, 24V, the customer provides their own design of control system or PLC circuit to control the push rod motor. If there is none,you can choose a complete set of controller from the seller.

4.Other special requirements: such as customers have special requirements, also can put forward to my company's technical staff, such as a special way of installation interface, and so on, we will do our best to meet the requirements of customers.

5. According to the calibration of electric draw stem motor voltage specification, please input DC voltage, dc voltage of the supply can provide maximum, under load current(the maximum rated current). If the customer provide the power supply and controller, please add a overload detector device to ensure that when the output shaft comes to the limit position or overloaded ,the power supply can be cut off  and in proper control .
