FEATURES
Closed loop control of sensor, accurate and stable temperature, which can safely desolder the temperature-sensitive components, such as QFP, PLCC, SOP, BGA and so on.
Intelligent cooling system, Delay blast after operation, automatic power off when air temperature is less than 100°C.
The rework station has also new patent heater. Users can set temperature by the switching knob, can also control the hot air flux through switching knob. The SMD rework station uses original imported air pump with low vibration, noise design, which can make the workplace quiet.
Anti-static design to avoid bringing damage to PCB board due to static and creepage.
1. Sensor closed-loop control and microcomputer zero passing triggering temperature control, rapid temperature rise, and precise and steady.
2. Rotational controller type thermoregulation and wind regulation, LED screen display, simple and easy to operate.
3. The high power diaphragm type air pump with large pressure can work with many types of spray nozzles.
4. The patented auger-type heating core built in the hot wind welding station results in quick temperature rise and much more prolonged service life.
5. Display freely between setting temperature and service temperature.
6. Dormant function economizes on the energy.
7. The intelligent cooling system and the extension of air feeding time after shutdown protects the hot wind handgrip much more efficiently.
