Q: Our QC systerm
A: First step: Incoming material inspection. 100% raw material will be inspected and not qualified of raw materials prohibited storage.
Second step: PPS (Pre production Sample) inspection.Our inspectors will check against the signed sample before factory go in mass production.
Third Step: On-line inspection: We have special inspectors supervise the whole mass production.The inspetor will track the process of production,routine inspection,selective inspection during the whole process which all according the quality standard.
Fourth step:Packing inspection. The inspector will check the whole process of packing. Including the carton marks, assembly instruction, label ect.
Fifth step:Final Spot inspection : Our QC manager will make the final spot inspection after mass production
